Every record is protected by row-level security keyed to your organisation and team membership, so data is isolated per organisation by default. Sharing with co-ops or authorities is strictly opt-in and additive. We process personal information in line with POPIA.

Yes, gauge by gauge. A farm's season figure is the average across its gauges rather than the sum, so three gauges on one property do not read as three times the rain. This season is measured against the same date last season, not against last season's final total, and every farm in your organisation can be compared side by side. You can load years of history from your own spreadsheet and correct any reading afterwards.
Whenever you like. Export the cattle list to an Excel workbook exactly as you have filtered and sorted it, and pull identification, vaccination and movement records as PDF or CSV. Your history is append-only, so a record you exported last month has not quietly changed underneath you.
Tell us, and it usually changes.
